Qualified Security Sentries
One of the keys to our success is the quality of the sentries we place on your site. Many of them have college degrees, some hold advanced degrees and all of them are thoroughly experienced professionals. We deliver personnel certified in First Aid/CPR and thoroughly trained in basic fire fighting techniques and equipment as well as a host of other emergency and first response procedures. These professionals undergo mandatory monthly training on a wide variety of topics that include written and verbal communications skills, telephone techniques, Haz-Mat procedures, re-direction of force and crime scene containment to name a few. To our knowledge, we have the only mandatory monthly training program of its kind in the industry.

On-Site Supervision
Each site security client is assigned a permanent supervisor who is responsible for the scheduling and management of Great Northern Sentry Company personnel. Where applicable, the supervisor also works a scheduled shift. This is just one more way we guarantee quality service through team leadership and continuous liaison with our clients.

Through a program of constant mobility, combined with our high-contrast, professional uniforms, we are able to provide an incomparable degree of visibility for the protection of your assets.

Custom Security Program

Concise Record Keeping
Routinely, we furnish you with a detailed daily log of all activities, an incident report for each noteworthy event and a daybook to facilitate continuity in communications. These records are quickly accessible from the on-duty sentry. Custom designed forms for property removal, parking violations, paycheck pick-up and employee call-ins are all part of our commitment to serving you.

Disaster Preparedness
For the safety of your visitors and associates, this can be one of the most critical facets of an effective security program.
