Our investigative staff is an eclectic group, drawn from related fields, including: bank and credit card fraud investigators, retail loss prevention specialists, other private investigation firms, law firms, welfare fraud examiners and, of course, law enforcement agencies. All of our investigators must pass a rigorous pre-employment screening and background profile, which eliminates 7 of 8 initial applicants. Those remaining are subjected to a three-interview process, which includes three written tests and a field surveillance test.

The fees for our services are straightforward and simple: we charge a flat hourly rate plus reasonable receipted expenses for all direct investigations work.

Our work is billed on a flat monthly fee basis, depending on the size and complexity of the project. You will know all of the costs up front, and there are no hidden expenses or surprises.

All of our investigations work is guaranteed absolutely confidential. The only way anyone can find out that we work for you is if you tell them or if we must testify on your behalf. Our clients expect us to respect their privacy, so we do not ask for references nor do we offer them. Information is retrieved from over 350 national computerized databases; hardcopy documentation is routinely provided. A nationally accredited independent testing laboratory confirms all positive urine screens. N.I.D.A. guidelines (with chain of custody verification/documentation) are employed in sample collection and handling.

Each applicant is individually processed and an itemized report is provided at the completion of the background check. Complete results are telephoned to your office within 3-5 business days during the normal business week.
